September 17, 2026 by Red Clay Creative
The Basics
August brought in 967 clicks and 11 conversions from $4,070.56 in ad spend. Your ads appeared 23,796 times. Compared with July, clicks rose 169% and conversions rose 38%, while spending increased 70%.
The larger budget brought more results, but conversions didn’t keep pace with spending. Each conversion cost $370.05, up 23% from July.
Key Metrics
- Impressions: 23,796 (+243%)
- Clicks: 967 (+169%)
- Conversions: 11 (+38%)
- Conversion rate: 1.14% (-49%)
- Cost per conversion: $370.05 (+23%)
- Total spend: $4,070.56 (+70%)
The Highlights
Clicks became cheaper, but a smaller share converted. Average click cost fell roughly 37% to $4.21, based on the report’s rounded comparisons. That saving wasn’t enough to offset the drop in conversion rate, which fell nearly half to 1.14%.
The two campaigns contributed differently. Food & Beverage generated most of the clicks, while Fulfillment Services produced more conversions from much less traffic. Comparing their costs and inquiry quality would help us assess whether your budget is reaching the right businesses.
Most of the traffic growth arrived after mid-month. Clicks and impressions increased sharply around August 18 and stayed elevated through the rest of August. Conversions didn’t show a matching jump, making that change the first place to investigate.
What We Recommend
- Review what changed around August 18. We recommend checking budget, bidding, and targeting changes alongside the increase in traffic. We want to understand which changes brought in more clicks and whether those visitors were a good fit for your fulfillment services.
- Compare campaign value before shifting more budget. We recommend reviewing cost per conversion and inquiry quality for Fulfillment Services and Food & Beverage. With 11 conversions recorded this month, we’d use the quality of those inquiries and additional results to guide any larger budget shift.
- Look closely at the searches driving most of your traffic. “Perishable food fulfillment” and “frozen food 3PL” accounted for 802 clicks, or 82.9% of the total. We recommend reviewing the actual searches behind those keywords to identify any needs that don’t match your services and tighten targeting where the evidence supports it.
Looking ahead to next month, we’ll take a closer look at the mid-August traffic increase and the differences between your two campaigns. That should give us a clearer basis for directing your budget toward businesses that are a good fit for your services.
