Google Ads Report – DAP Health (2026-09)
October 8, 2026 by Red Clay Creative
The Basics
From September 1 to 30, your ads generated 70,769 impressions, 5,816 clicks, and 855.98 conversions from $5,227.92 in spend. Compared with August, traffic was considerably lower, but conversions rose 135% as the conversion rate increased to 14.72%. This brought cost per conversion down 55% to $6.11, despite a 6.80% increase in total spend.
Key Metrics
- Impressions: 70,769, down 60%
- Clicks: 5,816, down 52%
- Conversions: 855.98, up 135%
- Conversion rate: 14.72%, up 394%
- Cost per conversion: $6.11, down 55% from $13.49 in August
- Total spend: $5,227.92, up 6.80%
The Highlights
Conversion efficiency improved sharply. September produced more than twice as many conversions as August while spend rose by only 6.80%. The higher conversion rate explains why cost per conversion fell from $13.49 to $6.11, giving your budget more conversion volume for each dollar spent.
Lower traffic remains important. Impressions declined 60% and clicks fell 52%. The efficiency gain more than offset that decline in September, but we need to determine whether there are opportunities to recover useful traffic without giving back the improvement in cost per conversion.
Nearly half of all clicks came from four reported keywords. “Well child visit near me,” “prueba casera de colon,” “flu shot near me,” and “pap smear near me” generated 2,830 clicks, or about 49% of September clicks. Because the available keyword list is ranked by clicks rather than conversions, we can’t yet tell which of these terms used your budget most efficiently.
What We Recommend
- Validate the conversion increase. We recommend reviewing conversion tracking and the types of actions counted in September. The 135% increase in conversions alongside 52% fewer clicks is significant, and confirming the composition of those conversions will help us judge the result more accurately.
- Review conversion performance for the leading keywords. We’ll compare the four largest click-driving terms based on conversions, conversion rate, and cost per conversion. This will show whether their 49% share of clicks also represents efficient use of your budget.
- Look for measured ways to recover traffic. We recommend testing opportunities to regain relevant impression and click volume while closely monitoring the 14.72% conversion rate and $6.11 cost per conversion. The priority is useful volume, not simply more clicks.
Looking ahead to next month, we’ll focus on validating the conversion increase and identifying which high-volume keywords also convert efficiently. That will give us a clearer basis for recovering traffic while protecting your improved cost per conversion.
