Google Ads Report – Cold Chain 3PL (2026-09)

The Basics

From September 1 through 30, your Google Ads generated 31,513 impressions, 1,031 clicks, and 7 conversions from $4,417 in spend. Visibility and traffic increased from August, but conversions declined because of tracking issues with Google Analytics.

Key Metrics

  • Impressions: 31,513, up 32%
  • Clicks: 1,031, up 6.62%
  • Conversions: 7, down 36%
  • Conversion rate: 0.68%, down 40%
  • Total spend: $4,417.00, up 8.51%

The Highlights

More traffic did not produce more conversions. Or at least that’s how it appears on te surface. Impressions increased 32% and clicks increased 6.62%, while conversions fell 36%. But the conversion data is skewed because of tracking issues with Google Analytics. So this month, the ad impressions and clicks are better representations of marketing progress than conversions alone.

Traffic was concentrated around two keyword themes. “Frozen food 3PL” generated 362 clicks and “perishable food fulfillment” generated 306. Together, they accounted for about 65% of all September clicks.

What We Recommend

  • Review the search terms and landing-page alignment behind the two highest-click keywords. Since these themes generated nearly two-thirds of your clicks, we recommend checking whether the searches and landing-page messaging match the services and intent you want your budget to reach.
  • Compare conversion efficiency by keyword and campaign before shifting budget. The account-wide cost per conversion reached $631, but the available keyword report only shows clicks. We need segment-level conversion results to identify where spending is producing conversions and where it may need tighter control.
  • Test focused refinements rather than expanding traffic broadly. September already brought more visibility and clicks without more conversions. We recommend prioritizing changes that address conversion efficiency before testing broader keyword coverage or higher spending.

Looking ahead to next month, we’ll focus on the search activity behind your highest-volume keyword themes and compare conversion performance across available segments. That will give us a clearer basis for deciding where to concentrate your budget.
