Red Clay Creative will help Cold Chain 3PL generate more traffic using a multi-faceted approach that uses data and experience to deliver the best possible results. We will generate traffic using SEO strategies and in combination with a digital ad campaign using Google Ads. Reports will be generated each month and we will have meetings each month to review the campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
YOUR PROJECT SCHEDULE
This is an ongoing project and can be canceled at any time. Once your SEO and Ad Campaigns are set up, we will collect data use that to make informed decisions towards your goals. This will help us learn how to improve and adjust to get higher converting ads and better organic search results.

Personalized SEO Campaign
We will help rank your website by implementing numerous search engine-friendly strategies. These are necessary for greater search engine recognition and to bring your website more quality traffic. We start by adjusting the website code to make it easy for search engine bots to “read” the site. Then we make sure that your website content is targeting specific keywords to help your site rank higher. Some additional highlights include:
- Creating breadcrumbs to show the exact pathway your website visitors use to arrive at the pages on your website. The search engines follow these pathways and factor them favorably into your rankings if they’re present.
- Generating meta titles and meta descriptions according to Google’s guidelines so your website can show up for the right keywords and phrases to bring you the best traffic.
- Automations to notify Google, Bing, Yahoo, and all connected search networks automatically of any website updates with a built-in sitemap that gains search favor and website listing recognition.
- Preventing canonical errors that confuse the search engines and compromise your website rankings. Many websites make these errors with their categories, pages, subdomains, and multisite domain mapping.

Google Ads Management
We’ve looked into several advertising options and think that Google Search Ads is the best place to start for you. These are effective because they are based on the premise that someone searching in Google has the intent to buy or find a solution. $500/mo. is our minimum suggested ad budget. These campaigns can be expensive because of competition, so we will work to optimize conversions and lower the cost per click.
$200 + 15%/mo.
The objective of your campaigns is to generate qualified leads for your team. This does not include interaction after you have received your lead. Your campaigns will consist of split-tested ads to acquire the best possible results. The budget will be spent under the discretion of your Ad Manager and the ad spend will never exceed the allotted budget. Ads will be monitored by our team and reports will be generated by the 5th of the following month.
Price example: At an ad budget of $500/mo., your campaign management would be $275/mo. So your total monthly payment would be $775/mo.
We will set up an automatic payment to cover both the agreed-upon ad management fee and ad budget. This can be canceled at any time.
Prices are subject to variation if this proposal is not signed within a 30-day period from the date of this document. If the scope of the project is different from this estimate, the project price could be adjusted accordingly.
